Attached is a balance wheel with its hairspring, as found in most 
mechanical watches.  It is fitted with small weights, that can be 
adjusted to bring the wheel in perfect balance.  The balance wheel is 
one of many parts I've worked on the last few weeks.  I hope to bring 
them all together in an animated movement one day.
